Critical: Withdrawal Manifest Policy
Investors are explicitly prohibited from withdrawing any portion of their principal investment or generated profits for a mandatory period of one (1) calendar year (12 months) from the date of the initial capital deployment.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the ElxAi platform and creating an account, you signify your irrevocable agreement to the terms herein. The ElxAi protocol utilizes advanced neural branch clusters to manage capital; however, all market activities involve inherent risk.
2. Capital Commitment & Lock-up
The "Strategic Growth" engine requires sustained liquidity to optimize neural branch pathways. Consequently:
- All initial deposits are subject to a **365-day fixed lock-up period**.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before the end of this period will be automatically rejected by the protocol.
- Re-invested profits inherit the maturity date of the parent capital deployment.
3. Tactical Fluctuations
ExAI simulations and live deployments may experience volatility of approximately +/- 1% per update interval. These movements are tactical and necessary for long-term neural branch stabilization. Performance indicators (Red/Green) reflect these movements accurately.
4. Risk Disclosure
Past performance of the neural clusters is not a guarantee of future outcomes. Founders should only deploy capital they are prepared to commit for the full duration of the Strategic Growth cycle.
